Our Story
DESIGNED BY A MUM,
Kia Ora, I’m Courtney and I’m a busy Mum of an adventurous & water loving toddler.
When we realised how enthusiastic he was around water I was immediately looking online for swim vests however it was difficult to find one with the right fit, could grow with him and wasn’t outright ugly. I even tried to shop local but found that there were no New Zealand brands.
From that Little Tide was born. Designed with love in Marlborough NZ, our swim vests give you three precious designs for all seasons of water play.
As a family that travels all over Aotearoa, we are never far from water whether it be the beach, pool, lake or stream, I’m so reliant on my Little Tide swim vest for safe supervised water play.
What We Believe
Little Tide was created because I couldn't find a swim vest that gave me everything I was looking for.
I wanted something that looked timeless, was comfortable to wear, and gave me confidence every time my son was in the water.
Every colour, every print and every feature was chosen with one little boy in mind first, my own. If I wouldn't choose it for him, it wasn't becoming part of Little Tide.

AS/NZS 1900:2014 Compliant
Little Tide swim vests are designed as flotation aids for water familiarisation and swimming tuition. Our swim vest has been laboratory tested by SGS to the requirements of AS/NZS 1900:2014.
