Shipping & Returns

We want your Little Tide order to arrive safely and on time. Please read below for information about shipping, delivery and returns.

Shipping

New Zealand

South Island — Standard Shipping
1–2 business days • $10.00 NZD

North Island — Standard Shipping
3–5 business days • $15.00 NZD

Free shipping on orders over $175 NZD

Orders are dispatched from Blenheim, Marlborough. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays or courier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Little Tide purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Change of Mind & Sizing

Returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Swim vests must not have been worn in the water.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Sale or final-sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Approved change-of-mind and sizing returns will be issued as Little Tide store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@littletide.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Send your item back using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Once your return has been received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@littletide.co.nz with your order number and photos where applicable.

We'll work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, the standard returns policy above applies.
